This is a follow-up session to the one we delivered in January of 2021 on the shifting consumer mindsets of residents of Atlantic Canada, Quebec and Ontario since the pandemic began in March 2020. Six months later – with a third-wave ongoing but vaccinations and planning for a more open future occurring – where have Atlantic Canadian consumer mindsets shifted, and what might that mean for tourism businesses this summer?

The Atlantic Canada Agreement on Tourism, a Federal/Provincial Agreement, has engaged MQO Research to conduct multi-phase research looking at the shifting consumer mindsets of residents of Atlantic Canada, Quebec and Ontario since the pandemic began in March 2020. Lianne Sarson, VP and Director of Evaluation for MQO Research, will outline what we have learned about the Atlantic Canadian consumer mindset since our January 2021 session.
