During the September 8th COVID-19 update with Premier Houston and Dr. Strang, information was provided reiterating the commitment to the scheduled Phase 5 reopening for September 15.

In addition to Phase 5 information, an announcement was made that as of October 4th, proof of full vaccination will be required to participate in non-essential, discretionary, recreation and leisure services and activities.
