Earlier this week, Nova Scotia entered Phase 3, meaning many provincial COVID-19 restrictions were lifted, including mandatory masking.

However, Halifax Stanfield is a federally-regulated facility and Transport Canada still requires travellers and airport workers to wear masks in many areas of the terminal building.

Therefore, Halifax Stanfield will continue to require masks to be worn while inside the terminal building until further notice.
